The Approach
Licensed counseling and therapy operate from a specific framework. They look backward — diagnosing what went wrong, tracing present problems to past behavior, and working through a clinical process designed to repair the damage. That work has its place. It is not what happens here.
Coaching is different in a fundamental way. It does not start in the past. It starts where you are right now. The first question in a coaching session is not what happened to you — it is where you want to be. Once the goal and the desired outcome are clear, the work becomes building a practical path from your current situation toward that outcome. The coach's role is not to diagnose or prescribe. It is to help you see clearly, think accurately, and identify the steps that move you toward where you are trying to go.
The coaching offered here adds one more layer: every path forward is assessed against what the biblical text actually says. That means the goal-setting is grounded in something real, the direction is tested against something that does not shift, and the steps forward are ones a person can take with integrity. You will not be pointed toward a destination the text calls wrong, and you will not be kept from a destination the text permits simply because it is uncomfortable.
This is not therapy. It is not licensed professional services of any kind. It is goal-oriented, text-grounded coaching for people who want to move forward with clarity.
Honest, Not Comfortable
Sessions are not designed to validate every position you bring in. They are designed to give you an accurate read of your situation and honest input on what the text says regarding it.
Text-Grounded
Every position taken in a session has a textual basis. When the text is clear, the direction is clear. When the text is silent or ambiguous, that will be stated plainly rather than filled with assumption.
Practical, Not Abstract
The goal of each session is not theological analysis for its own sake. The goal is to help you understand your situation accurately and make decisions that are grounded in truth.
Private and Confidential
What is discussed in sessions stays in sessions. No content from private coaching is used in articles, teachings, or public materials without explicit written consent.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to have read your books to do a session?
No. Sessions are self-contained. If you have read the books or articles, that gives you useful context. If you have not, the session will still work. Come with your situation and your questions.
Can couples book sessions together?
Yes. Couples are welcome to book a session together. Both parties should be willing to engage honestly and receive direct input. Sessions where one party is present primarily to observe while the other is coached are less effective — both parties should be ready to participate.
Is this licensed therapy or a professional clinical service?
No. This is coaching grounded in the biblical text. It is not licensed therapy, licensed professional counseling, or institutional pastoral care of any kind. If you are in a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please seek a licensed professional. These sessions are for relational and covenantal goal-setting — not clinical mental health treatment.
What platform is used for video sessions?
Zoom or Google Meet — whichever you prefer. The meeting link will be included in your booking confirmation. Phone sessions use a standard call to the number you provide at booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time can be rescheduled at no cost. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are forfeited. To reschedule, use the link in your Calendly booking confirmation email.
Can I book a session for someone else?
Sessions should be booked by the person who will attend. If you are interested in gifting a session, contact Glenn directly through the contact form to arrange it.
Do you offer ongoing coaching relationships?
The four-session package is the current structured option for ongoing work. Beyond that, contact Glenn directly to discuss whether a longer arrangement is appropriate for your situation.
